Sam's Club in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter to drive local sales and deliver high-quality meat products to our members. You will cut, process and wrap meat to spec, while ensuring sanitation, inventory accuracy and shrinkage control.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period if selected.

Responsibilities

• Cut, slice, grind and wrap meat products according to specifications.
• Maintain sanitation and inventory, ensuring in-stock levels and controlling shrinkage.
• Assist teammates and educate others, using handheld tools to support sales, training and product quality.
