Sam's Club in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter to drive sales and ensure member satisfaction in the meat department. You will work with teammates to provide high-quality cuts and meet customer needs while following safety and sanitation guidelines.

The role involves processing meat to specifications, maintaining stock, and using handheld tools to support fast, accurate decision-making and product quality for members.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members, educate and support associates to provide customer service.
• Cut, slice, grind, and wrap meat according to specifications while maintaining safety standards.
• Maintain in‑stock levels and control shrinkage.
• Operate and sanitize equipment; use handheld devices to improve operations and product quality.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
• Adhere to company policies and drive operational excellence and integrity.
• Respect the customer experience and contribute to a high‑quality meat department.
