Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates to ensure customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of meat products, perform processing to specifications and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Leverage handheld technology to drive sales and monitor product quality.
• Drive profitability and maintain work area per company policies while ensuring proper packaging and storage.
• Train and mentor others to perform duties and uphold Walmart's standards.
