Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage and backroom operations.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience with handheld technology.
• Drive the business results while maintaining quality and standards for meat products and proper packaging.
• Advocate for the department and the club, train associates, and model high-quality service.
• Deliver results for customers and members with a customer-first mindset.
