Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to educate associates and maintain customer service standards.
• Process meat according to specifications including cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping.
• Leverage handheld tools and digital systems to drive sales and ensure quality.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage.
