Competenze

• 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to complete all required trainings and assessments.

Mansioni

• Cut, slice, grind and wrap meat products to specification.
• Maintain in-stock levels and help control shrinkage.
• Provide customer service and assist in training associates.
• Operate and sanitize meat processing equipment and backroom areas.
• Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
