Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to educate associates and maintain customer service standards.
• Prepare meat by cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping according to specifications.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, inventory and labeling procedures.
• Operate and sanitize equipment and leverage tools to drive sales and product quality.
• Assist customers with purchasing decisions and maintain proper product packaging and storage.
