Position Summary

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and develop interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service. Be flexible to business needs, track goods, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various meat products, equipment, and backroom operations. Process meat according to specifications, ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, and operate and sanitize equipment properly.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and shopping experience, utilize handheld technology for immediate decisions, and adapt to new tools while encouraging others.
• Be an Owner: Drive business results by ensuring operational excellence, planning for profitability, maintaining quality standards, reducing waste, securing fragile merchandise, and assisting members with purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service and products, model excellent standards, and assist in training team members to perform their duties effectively.
