Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Position Summary

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with teams, educate others, communicate effectively, and help maintain stock levels and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Maintain knowledge of meat products, equipment, and operations; process meat according to specifications; ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and the shopping experience; adapt to new technology and encourage others.
4. Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, maintain quality, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, model best practices, and assist in training staff.
