Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with successful product delivery.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent requirements gathering, stakeholder management and meeting facilitation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data analysis tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain alignment on the product vision, roadmap and strategy with stakeholders.
• Translate problems into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and measurable success metrics.
• Understand business goals to inform priorities through stakeholder relationships across the business.
• Collaborate with architects and development teams to meet requirements and business outcomes.
• Analyze data quality and derive insights to increase business value.
• Lead backlog refinement to maintain a prioritized backlog of clearly defined features/stories.
• Continuously refine backlog items balancing value, feasibility and long-term strategy.
• Support scrum master and teams through roadblocks.
• Collaborate with QA to review test scenarios and sign off on product design.
• Ensure quality via documentation on shared file systems.
