Five Below is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Master Data Management to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a modern MDM platform. This role collaborates with merchandising, stores, supply chain, finance, data, engineering, and architecture teams to define trusted source-of-truth data across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience in data products or enterprise systems.
Experience with master data management, data governance, PIM, ERP, or related data platforms.
Strong understanding of golden records, stewardship, lineage, and lifecycle management.
Experience with Agile software delivery and collaborating with data teams.
3+ years of experience with relational databases and basic SQL.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MDM.
Lead backlog, write epics and user stories, collaborate with engineering.
Design scalable workflows for master data domains.
Drive adoption and governance across the organization.
Partner with business teams on stewardship and data standards.
