Job summary

YETI Coolers, LLC seeks a MDM Product Owner & Data Governance Lead to own the Product MDM capability and lead governance for data quality, ownership, and adoption. You will prioritize the Product MDM roadmap, translate governance needs into capabilities, and partner with IT and business stakeholders to ensure standards across Salsify, SAP, MDM, ecommerce, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience; 3+ years in MDM or product data governance.
• 5+ years leading large digital/data/MDM initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Experience defining roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and releases.

Responsibilities

• Own the business-facing MDM vision, roadmap, backlog, and value realization.
• Lead governance model: ownership, stewardship, cadence, policy, processes.
• Define product data standards, attributes, lifecycle rules, quality metrics.
• Translate needs into MDM capabilities, stories, acceptance criteria, releases.
• Coordinate data alignment across Salsify, SAP, MDM, ecommerce, and planning.
• Establish and monitor MDM KPIs: completeness, accuracy, adoption, value.
