Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Domain Architect to define and govern the enterprise customer domain strategy and roadmap. You will partner with business and technology leaders to establish a single, trusted customer view across domains, enabling scalable and secure customer experiences.

Responsibilities include building Customer 360 solutions, customer master data governance, and end-to-end onboarding designs, while mentoring architects on domain standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise architecture roles with 5+ years focused on CRM and Customer 360.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving domain architecture in large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the enterprise customer domain architecture and target-state roadmap.
• Establish domain principles, standards, and best practices for customer data management.
• Design and oversee Customer 360 solutions providing a unified customer view.
• Lead design, implementation, and governance of customer master data solutions.
• Architect end-to-end customer onboarding across digital and operational channels.
• Design enterprise integration patterns supporting customer systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with business leaders and technology stakeholders.
• Mentor solution architects and engineering teams on customer domain standards.
