Job summary

Silpa Companies is seeking a senior MDM Architect for client engagements across customer, product, supplier, and party domains. You will own the program through executive committee approval and lead real production rollout, not just a slide deck.

Responsibilities include domain modeling, match-merge tuning, survivorship rules, platform architecture, and governance. Remote and Houston-area consultants are welcome, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in MDM, data architecture, or data integration.
• Hands-on production experience with at least one major MDM platform (Reltio, Informatica MDM, Stibo, Profisee).
• Strong SQL fluency and data modeling skills.
• Ability to engage executive stakeholders and run steering-committee sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead MDM domain modeling across customer, product, supplier, and party domains.
• Design and tune match-merge logic, survivorship rules, and source-of-truth hierarchies.
• Architect MDM platforms (Reltio, Informatica MDM, Stibo, Profisee) per client fit.
• Build and run governance programs with stewardship roles and escalation paths.
• Integrate MDM with data warehouse, CRM, ERP, and reverse-ETL surfaces.
• Mentor MDM analysts and data stewards on the operating model.
