Job summary

Silpa Companies is seeking a senior MDM Architect for client engagements across customer, product, supplier, and party domains. You will own the program through executive committee approval and lead real production rollout, not just a slide deck.

Responsibilities include domain modeling, match-merge tuning, survivorship rules, platform architecture, and governance. Remote and Houston-area consultants are welcome, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in MDM, data architecture, or data integration.
• Hands-on production experience with at least one major MDM platform (Reltio, Informatica MDM, Stibo, Profisee).
• Strong SQL fluency and data modeling skills.
• Ability to engage executive stakeholders and run steering-committee sessions.

• Mentor MDM analysts and data stewards on the operating model.

Pay Contract rate commensurate with experience and engagement scope.

Silpa Companies is hiring an MDM Architect for client engagements centered on durable master data programs across customer, product, supplier, and party domains. You will lead domain modeling, match-merge tuning, survivorship rules, governance, and rollout on platforms such as Reltio, Informatica MDM, Stibo, or Profisee. This is a senior architect role; you will own the program through executive committee approval and real production rollout, not just a deck.

What you /
will do

• Lead MDM domain modeling across customer, product, supplier, and party domains.
• Design and tune match-merge logic, survivorship rules, and source-of-truth hierarchies.
• Architect MDM platforms on Reltio, Informatica MDM, Stibo, or Profisee depending on client fit.
• Build the governance program: stewardship roles, exception workflows, escalation paths.
• Integrate MDM with downstream systems including data warehouse, CRM, ERP, and reverse-ETL surfaces.
• Partner with data quality engineering on profiling, cleansing, and standardization.
• Run executive-committee sessions; defend modeling and platform tradeoffs to non-technical leaders.
• Lead the rollout including data migration, parallel-run, and cutover playbooks.
• Mentor MDM analysts and data stewards on the operating model.

What we /
look for

• 7 or more years of MDM, data architecture, or data integration experience including at least 3 leading MDM programs.
• Hands-on production experience with at least one major MDM platform (Reltio, Informatica MDM, Stibo, Profisee).
• Working knowledge of match-merge algorithms, survivorship logic, and golden-record patterns.
• Comfort engaging executive stakeholders and running steering-committee sessions.
• Strong SQL fluency.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Candidates located in the Houston, Texas area will be given preference; remote consultants will also be considered.
• Reliable, secure internet connection and ability to travel to client sites as required by engagement scope.
