Job summary
MSR Technology Group is seeking an experienced MDM Technical Lead Architect to lead the design, delivery, and support of enterprise Master Data Management solutions within a large healthcare and government data environment.
The role emphasizes architectural leadership, hands-on Informatica MDM and PowerCenter work, and collaboration with business and QA teams to ensure scalable, compliant data management capabilities.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in MDM, ETL or enterprise data integration.
- 5+ years with Informatica MDM and PowerCenter hands-on.
- Proven experience with match/merge, survivorship, and golden records.
- Strong SQL and Python scripting for automation.
- Experience in production MDM/ETL environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions
- Provide technical leadership for MDM, ETL, data integration, and data quality initiatives
- Design and support match/merge, survivorship, and golden record processes
- Guide development teams and review technical deliverables
- Develop and optimize Informatica PowerCenter mappings, workflows, and ETL processes
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive performance improvements
- Partner with business, QA, and data teams to deliver scalable MDM solutions
- Utilize SQL and Python to support automation, integration, and data processing needs
