Job summary

Jobgether, a partner-led opportunity, seeks a Senior Managing Director of Asset Management, Growth & Wealth Solutions based in the United States. This fully remote leadership role focuses on transforming growth at the intersection of asset management, wealth, and fintech to deliver measurable client outcomes.

You will identify new opportunities, translate strategy into scalable solutions, and accelerate adoption among advisors and strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Senior Leadership Experience in wealth management, asset management, or related financial services discipline.
• Proven Commercial success identifying growth opportunities and translating into scalable solutions.
• Deep Wealth Management ecosystem understanding with banks, RIAs, and distribution partners.
• Experience developing or commercializing investment solutions and wealth tech offerings.
• Knowledge of tax-aware investing, SMAs, direct indexing, tax-loss harvesting, and portfolio models.
• Strong strategic and financial acumen with business-case development and performance metrics.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to accelerate growth by leveraging investment capabilities, data, and client relationships.
• Translate priorities into actionable strategies, plans, and operating models with measurable growth.
• Expand partnerships with wealth managers, RIAs, banks, and broker-dealers.
• Develop integrated wealth solutions spanning investment management, tax management, and advisor workflows.
• Lead market introduction of wealth solutions and drive adoption by advisors and partners.
• Shape tax-aware investing strategies and customized portfolios with SMBs and indexing approaches.
• Assess market trends and define go-to-market and distribution strategies.
• Ensure solutions are intuitive and integrated into advisor workflows to improve utilization.
• Establish metrics to demonstrate client value and guide product improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across investments, product, technology, sales, and risk.
