Job summary

East West Bank seeks a senior leader to guide the syndications practice, overseeing origination, structuring, underwriting, pricing, and execution of syndicated credit facilities across revolvers, term loans, and acquisition financings.

The role partners with Relationship Managers, Credit, Treasury, Legal and Operations to deliver financing solutions, expand distribution, mentor junior staff, and strengthen the bank’s position as a trusted lead arranger and syndication partner.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
10+ years of experience in loan syndications, leveraged finance, capital markets, or related roles.
Strong relationships with banks, institutional investors, and lenders.
Experience leading syndicated loan transactions and managing lender distributions.

Responsibilities

Lead origination, structuring, underwriting, pricing, syndication, and execution of syndicated credit facilities.
Partner with Relationship Managers and product teams to identify financing opportunities and pitch syndicated loan solutions.
Develop and execute syndication strategies balancing client objectives, market appetite, and revenue.
