Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and valid teaching certificate are required.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful classroom experience.
• Experience leading and managing a team of adults is preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and demographics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of teachers, paraprofessionals, and resident teachers.
• Co-plan, co-teach, model, coach, and provide feedback to team members.
• Analyze student learning data and adjust instruction for high growth.
• Communicate progress with families and align with district goals.
• Support team development and monitor progress under the Talent Development department.
