Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC is recruiting a Technical Instructor Level II Gaming Instructor to train government personnel on Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) including CPCE and VBS3, using GFT and low-overhead simulations to build training readiness.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for a learning-focused environment with students and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Operate unit MCIS and deliver over-the-shoulder training for MCIS operators with MCIS, gaming, and simulations expertise.
• Support training events and EXCON/HICON operations; produce AARs and EXCON logs and training deliverables.
• Report to Training Support Lead; produce monthly status reports detailing hours, classes taught, issues resolved, and planning milestones.
