Job summary

Nemean Solutions LLC seeks a Systems Training Analyst Level II/End-to-End Systems Engineer to support Army training events. You will work with the Technical Integration Team on MCIS, simulations, and mission-command networks, developing architectures and maintaining baselines.

Required DoD 8570 IA Technician II, 4+ years in network design, and US citizenship. Responsibilities include guides, validation, planning, coordination, and compliance across exercise networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum DoD 8570 IA Technician Level II
• At least 4 years designing and implementing network architectures
• Strong understanding of U.S. Army operations, training, and simulation architectures
• U.S. Citizenship required for government contract

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical integration SME for training networks, simulations, and MCIS
• Develop step-by-step integration guides and validation reports
• Support exercise planning, network architecture, and TIWG activities
• Create and maintain network diagrams, data flows, and topologies
• Coordinate requirements with engineers and stakeholders
• Manage MCIS updates, baselines, and compliance artifacts
• Provide end-user technical support during training events
• Document troubleshooting root causes and corrective actions
• Produce knowledge-base articles and SOPs
• Submit deliverables to government POC within deadlines
