Job summary

State of South Carolina seeks a Nurse Leader to manage Maternal Child Health and Employee Health Services in the Pee Dee region. You will guide program delivery, supervise MCH and EH nurses, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement across a large multi-county public health system.

You will coordinate training, participate in committees, and collaborate with community partners to advance population health and equity.

Qualifications

RN licensed in South Carolina requiring SC Board of Nursing
BSN (preferred) or higher nursing degree leading to RN licensure
At least 2–3 years in public health nursing or community-based nursing
Experience in supervision, program management, or administration
Certification in pediatric or primary health care is a plus

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate Maternal Child Health services in the Pee Dee region
Provide direct supervision of MCH and Employee Health nurses
Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and standards; oversee staffing and succession planning
Coordinate Employee Health programs and quality improvement efforts
Participate in committees and collaborate with internal and external partners
