UnitedHealthcare is seeking an experienced MCH Manager to oversee maternity and pediatric case management programs. You will lead program staff, ensure compliant documentation, and coordinate care across providers and services.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license.
• 5+ years maternal-child health or related clinical experience.
• Experience working in Medicaid managed care or a comparable health plan environment.
• Experience supporting clinical program operations, quality improvement activities, regulatory compliance, and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of maternity/pediatric care management models, NCQA standards, state Medicaid requirements, and care coordination workflows.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, coach, and support pediatric and maternity case managers, Community Health Workers, and other program staff.
• Oversee member outreach, assessments, risk stratification, care plan development, monitoring, and postpartum follow-up.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation in clinical systems.
• Monitor workload, staffing, productivity, member engagement, and program audits.
• Drive quality outcomes, engagement, affordability, and workflow efficiency through data analysis and improvement plans.
• Support implementation of pediatric and maternity initiatives and quality improvement projects.
