The role requires a disciplined credit professional with experience handling six- and seven-figure exposures, a proven track record on high-risk files, and the ability to manage a demanding daily volume while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years direct MCA underwriting experience.
• Proven track record underwriting high-risk and stacked files.
• Experience handling six- and seven-figure exposure.
• Strong bank statement analysis and revenue trend skills.
• Ability to independently approve, counter, or decline files with clear rationale.
• Excellent documentation and file-note discipline.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite MCA transactions and structure deals for risk-adjusted pricing.
• Review large exposure files and manage the workflow in a high-volume environment.
• Provide clear rationale for decisions to closers, brokers, and management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure file completeness.
• Maintain accurate documentation and file notes.
