Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead the development and governance of systems engineering tools and processes. This role focuses on MBSE, requirements management, lifecycle and configuration management to create a digitally threaded ecosystem across programs.

You will manage a 10-15 person team, drive cross-domain tool solutions, and enable AI integration, reporting to the Sr. Director of Systems Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years directly related experience in systems engineering product development, tools, and processes in an Aerospace or similarly complex field with development assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of systems engineering tools and processes.
• Define cross-domain tool solutions to connect MBSE, requirements, project management, and domain physics analyses.
• Develop and enforce tool solutions enabling data-driven processes and automated documentation generation.
• Enable AI integration into work processes and tools.
• Lead, recruit, and develop a team of engineers (10-15) to meet objectives.
