Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Advanced MBSE Engineer in Tempe, AZ or Torrance, CA, with Hybrid work flexibility. The role focuses on advancing MBSE adoption across Air Transport, Regional, Business and Military aircraft, reporting to the Controls Systems Integration group manager.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in aerospace MBSE and strong experience with Cameo, SysML, DOORS NG and related tools. Must be able to train others and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in aerospace systems, control development or hardware/software.
• Strong MBSE knowledge with Cameo and SysML.
• Ability to train and mentor teammates on MBSE.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement and maintain MBSE reference models and style guides in Cameo.
• Collaborate with cross-functional A&TS teams to adopt MBSE processes.
• Provide training and support for MBSE tools.
• Develop digital thread integrations between Cameo and DOORS NG/Teamcenter.
• Lead MBSE pilot projects in A&TS.
