Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead development and governance of systems engineering tools and processes for a digital thread ecosystem. You will drive MBSE, requirements management, lifecycle management, and configuration management while coordinating across aero organizations.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Systems Engineering, you will manage 10–15 engineers, recruit to grow the team, and enable AI-enabled process integration within ARP4754 framework in a complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years directly related experience in systems engineering product development, tools, and processes in an Aerospace or similarly complex field with development assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to develop, maintain, and enforce governance of systems engineering tools and processes.
• Define cross-domain tool solutions to connect MBSE, requirements, project management, and domain analyses.
• Author work instructions and training for the E&PS organization.
• Support and influence Aero-level transformational activities to define cross-Aero solutions.
