Honeywell Aerospace Engines and Power Systems (E&PS) seeks a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead development and governance of systems engineering tools and processes in a digital thread environment.

You will manage a team of 10–15 engineers, drive MBSE, ARP4754 compliance, and cross-domain data integration across programs, connecting requirements, lifecycle management and configuration management. This role reports to the Sr.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years directly related experience in systems engineering product development, tools, and processes in an Aerospace or similarly complex field with development assurance.
• US PERSON REQUIREMENT: candidate must be a U.S. Person per export control laws.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of cross-domain digital integration with MBSE, requirements management, lifecycle management and configuration management.
• Define systems engineering processes for digital integration, configuration management, and development assurance per ARP4754.
• Capture best practices and pain points and implement solutions into revised processes and toolsets.
• Define tool solutions to enable data-focused processes, implement MBSE, automate error checking, enforce configuration management, and automate document generation.
• Enable AI integration into work processes and tools.
• Collaborate with the systems chief engineer to develop and achieve the strategic roadmap.
• Work with architecture and analysis teams to build tool solutions and ensure cross-Aero applicability.
• Author work instructions and training for the E&PS organization.
