Job summary

Boeing Phantom Works seeks Model-Based Systems Engineers to join the SEIT Team in Berkeley, MO. You will shape system requirements and guide integration and verification, employing MBSE to define interfaces across domains.

Role requires active U.S. Top Secret clearance, 4+ years in systems engineering, and experience with MBSE/SysML/Cameo. You’ll lead SOWs, manage cost/schedule/risks, and coordinate with customers and suppliers to deliver complex aerospace solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and strong MBSE experience.
• 4+ years related work experience in systems engineering.
• 3+ years systems engineering including design, requirements, verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture development and decomposition using MBSE to define interfaces and allocations.
• Maintain alignment within EMVF team and with suppliers/customers; remove obstacles.
• Lead MBSE implementation as part of digital engineering ecosystem.
• Develop and provide quality review for EVMF deliverables with other teams.
• Support cost, schedule, risks, issues, opportunities, and baselines; track program metrics.
