Job summary

Albers Group in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer onsite to lead system modeling efforts and collaborate with Lead Architects and PM on modeling patterns for capturing requirements and architectures.

You will develop models, produce technical documentation, and coordinate with engineering, logistics, and program management to define system specifications. Must have TS clearance and US citizenship. Onsite at Melbourne location with potential collaboration across programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler, Cameo Simulation Tool Kit, and/or other SysML enabled tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, scheduling, and analytical skills required.
• Experience with working on small agile teams.
• Experience with modeling and simulation tool sets and software.
• Experience in risk analysis, risk management programs, and Risk Analysis Reports.
• Experience in providing engineering design analysis to identify problems that may affect a component or systems performance in the field.
• Familiarity with commercial aviation airworthiness certification processes preferred.
• Bachelor'sDegree in engineering or related STEM discipline.
• 1 year Experience with Cameo or a similar MBSE modeling software.
• Must be a U.S citizen. Must possess a TS security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the work of other engineers and stakeholders while acting as the SME.
• Perform a range of system model development, analysis, or review tasks under minimal supervision.
• Act as a lead on less complex tasks and responsible for a portion of a model or section of an analysis or design review.
• Support the generation and modeling of design specifications.
• Coordinate and work closely with other engineering, logistics, financial, and program management disciplines to define system specifications and requirements.
• Establish and maintain a filing system or databases as needed for tracking project status.
• Develop, maintain, and produce technical documentation and system/subsystem specifications.
• Verify and comply with engineering documentation standards and test procedures.Support development of technical proposal and provide comments on the technical content and level of effort of the proposed scope of work.
