Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 2 years of related experience, or Master’s with 0.
• Active US Government Secret clearance required, ability to obtain TS/SAP.
• Experience with MBSE techniques and SysML in the systems engineering lifecycle.
• Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain MBSE process standards and promote adoption.
• Develop system architectures and models using SysML for behavior and interfaces.
• Perform trade studies and model-based simulations to support decisions.
• Manage requirements, traceability, and verification across lifecycles.
