Job summary

MTSI is seeking an MBSE Systems Modeler with strong SysML and Cameo expertise to support government and mission-focused digital engineering initiatives. You will lead MBSE modeling across system-of-systems analysis, mission workflows, and architecture definitions.

Responsibilities include developing Cameo-based SysML models, ensuring traceability in the Digital Thread, and guiding junior engineers in MBSE practices while coordinating with government representatives.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required; active Secret clearance preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of MBSE/model-based design experience.
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams of engineers, analysts, designers and modelers.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE modeling across system-of-systems analysis, mission workflows, requirements modeling, architecture definition and design verification.
• Develop and maintain Cameo SysML models with traceability across the Digital Thread.
• Coordinate with government reps to align modeling products with mission requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers in MBSE best practices and SysML diagramming.
• Address complex modeling challenges independently using MBSE tools and workflows.
