Job summary

Leidos seeks an accomplished Model Based Systems Engineer to join the Digital Infrastructure Network Manager program. The role supports the DoD Air Force mission from Orlando, Dayton, or Northern Virginia, leading MBSE activities and cross-functional collaboration to deliver enterprise C2 solutions.

You will define MBSE projects, build SysML models, and coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders while driving architecture roadmaps and technical standards across multi-vendor efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 6+ years.
• Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Proficiency in MBSE modeling tools (DOORS, Cameo).
• Strong written and verbal communication for DoD systems.
• Experience in cross-functional planning and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain MBSE projects in Cameo Systems Modeler.
• Develop MBSE-based SysML models, diagrams, and simulations.
• Support a System of Systems digital engineering approach iterating architecture concepts.
• Collaborate with contractors and integrate Cameo inputs into source models.
• Develop baseline architecture models and document interfaces.
