Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years supporting missile defense or large DoD programs.
• Proficiency with SysML and core systems engineering frameworks (DoDAF, UAF).
• Hands-on experience with MBSE modeling tools (Cameo, MagicDraw, Sparx).
• Ability to distill complex architectures into clear diagrams, docs, and briefings for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain descriptive system models using SysML across MDA programs.
• Map requirements to architecture artifacts with end-to-end traceability and verification matrices.
• Link MBSE models with external tools, simulations, and data repositories for Digital Engineering initiatives.
• Prepare and present model-centric artifacts for milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, CCBs).
• Conduct architectural trade studies and analyze interfaces to resolve integration risks.
• Maintain version control and configuration baseline compliance for SysML models.
• Other duties as assigned.
