Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to perform MBSE in support of enterprise-wide systems engineering for the Intelligence Community. The role requires applying MBSE and Digital Engineering to define architecture, manage interfaces, and ensure traceability of requirements to solutions.

Collaboration with government stakeholders occurs in a SCIF environment at the Alexandria, VA location. The ideal candidate will work across engineering teams to advance MBSE maturity, governance, and tool

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
Active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly clearance required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility

Responsibilities

Apply MBSE and Digital Engineering across the full system lifecycle.
Support Digital Transformation roadmaps and implementation.
Provide MBSE support to Systems Integration team aligned with program objectives.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to drive digital continuity and model governance.
Develop MBSE best practices, templates, and modeling standards.
