Job summary

You will oversee descriptive models using SysML, UAFML, BPMN and tools like Cameo, Sparx EA, and IBM Rhapsody, while mentoring engineers and aligning work with aerospace and customer goals. Some travel and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 12+ years in systems engineering with 5+ years in MBSE/DE.
• Proficiency with MBSE tools such as Cameo, Sparx EA, or IBM Rhapsody.
• Strong knowledge of SysML, UAF, BPMN and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE and DE R&D initiatives from concept to deployment.
• Provide oversight of descriptive models using SysML/UAF/BPMN.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and domain experts across teams.
• Publish papers, presentations, and training material on MBSE topics.
• Represent Aerospace in standards groups (OMG, INCOSE, AIAA, IEEE).
