Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a Systems Architect/Principal Systems Architect for the Sentinel program in Roy, UT. The role supports MBSE, requirements development, and architecture definition across ICBM hardware and related systems.

Responsibilities include leading trade studies, allocation of requirements, and collaboration with diverse engineering teams. A strong background in DOORS and MBSE is required, with US clearance and DoD secret eligibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university; 2 years of experience. MS with 0 years of experience.
US Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance; enhanced clearance potential.
Experience using DOORS or similar tools; familiarity with MBSE.
Experience with ICBM or complex aerospace/defense systems.

Responsibilities

Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and development of system requirements and models.
Coordinate with System Engineering Teams and Launch Segment System Engineering Teams.
Conduct system, segment, element and unit level trade studies; decompose requirements and allocate to architecture.
Define high-level functional and performance requirements and verify through analysis and integration.
Assist a team of engineers to prepare technical charts for milestone meetings and readiness.
Identify contractual deliverables and drive updates to closure; manage technical baseline.
