Qualifications

• 3+ years of service advisor or customer-facing automotive experience.
• Mazda or OEM dealership experience is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional demeanor under pressure in a busy environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work full-time, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming first impression.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Write repair orders, provide service estimates, and present recommended maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed correctly and on time.
