Job summary

Niyam IT is expanding its IBM Maximo practice and seeks a Senior Solution Architect to lead architecture, design, and implementation for FEMA and future federal engagements. You will act as the technical authority across EAM, data, security, and cloud infrastructure, guiding teams and ensuring compliant, scalable Maximo solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management and/or MAS implementations.
• Minimum 5 years in enterprise solution architecture, data architecture, or systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of EAM, CMMS, maintenance, inventory, procurement, and asset lifecycle management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of IBM Maximo Asset Management (7.6.x) and MAS solutions for FEMA and future clients.
• Serve as the technical authority across EAM, data, and cloud infrastructure.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Maximo solutions with stakeholders and teams.
• Establish data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks.
• Lead data migration, cleansing, and validation for migrations/upgrades.
• Architect highly available, scalable Maximo environments for enterprise workloads.
• Lead integration between Maximo and financial/enterprise platforms.
• Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST standards.
