Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) in Orlando seeks a Technical Leader and Solution Architect to drive IBM Maximo-based transformations for global clients. You will own the enterprise-wide asset management strategy, design complex MAS implementations, and lead large cross-functional teams through delivery and governance.

You will partner with executive sponsors, manage scope and budget, ensure data integrity, and align Maximo solutions with business outcomes in highly regulated industries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with IBM Maximo, including architecture leadership.
• Proven record delivering large-scale EAM transformations.
• Experience with MAS, cloud migrations, and enterprise integrations.
• Excellent executive stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary, globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of IBM Maximo 7.6.x and MAS solutions.
• Define enterprise asset management strategies and governance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets and scope.
• Drive data governance, migrations, and integrations with ERP/IoT/HR.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor teams.
• Engage with executives and manage client expectations.
• Develop delivery roadmaps and PMO practices.
