Job summary

Capgemini Engineering, a world leader in engineering services, is seeking a Technical Program Lead & Solution Architect for IBM Maximo to guide large EAM transformations. You will architect Maximo MAS solutions, lead enterprise-scale programs, align with executive goals, manage scope and risks, and mentor diverse teams across on-site environments in the US.

The role demands deep Maximo/MAS expertise, strong program leadership, enterprise architecture experience, and client-facing consulting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
10+ years in architecture, design, implementation, and support of IBM Maximo 7.6.x.
Strong MAS expertise with Red Hat OpenShift.
Experience leading large-scale EAM transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of IBM Maximo 7.6.x and MAS solutions.
Serve as technical lead for EAM, architecture, integrations, data management, and cloud deployments.
Architect integrations between Maximo and ERP, GIS, HR, finance, IoT systems.
Define data governance, data migration, and data quality strategies.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship across cross-functional teams.
