Job summary

Cambridge Math Circle,Inc. seeks a Senior Teacher/Program Administrator to organize classes, hire teachers, and maintain lesson plans. Responsibilities include leading some classes, traveling between Cambridge and Boston, and collaborating with the Executive Director on curriculum and admin tasks.

Ideal candidates have a STEM background, experience with diverse communities, and strong communication skills. This is a half-time role with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow the program

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex school or program projects with many stakeholders.
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a diverse setting.
• Passion for math education and working with K-9 students.

Responsibilities

• Organize Cambridge Math Circle classes and hire/ interview teachers.
• Update lesson plans and assign teachers to classes.
• Maintain communication with teachers and parents; lead some classes.
• Travel to Cambridge and Boston locations as needed; support curriculum development.
• Develop best practices, administrative tasks, and program growth.
