You will influence procurement across the organization, build trusted supplier relationships, and drive measurable value while aligning with business needs. The role emphasizes category management, contract lifecycle oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize total cost of ownership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of strategic sourcing and/or procurement experience.
• Extensive negotiation experience with complex commercial negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing processes and spend analysis.
• Proven ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and globally.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in biotech or life sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the business to understand objectives and determine how Procurement can best support those objectives.
• Develop category strategies to drive cost savings and improve quality and service levels.
• Manage spending under contract across the full lifecycle of negotiated agreements.
• Lead sourcing projects across seven steps of the strategic sourcing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization.
