Kamau Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director, Supply Chain in South San Francisco/Redwood Shores, CA onsite.

The role leads sourcing, contracting, and securing critical GMP materials for the clinical manufacturing program, coordinating with external CDMOs and internal teams to ensure timely availability. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in biotech/pharma supply chain, strong negotiation and ERP skills, and a track record building supply chains in startup

Qualifications

BS in a relevant scientific, engineering, or supply-chain discipline; 8+ years in biotech or pharma supply chain.
Direct experience negotiating MSAs and QTAs for GMP materials.
Familiarity with supplier quality audits, vendor qualification, and COA review.

Responsibilities

Lead sourcing and negotiation of commercial and technical agreements for GMP reagents.
Own procurement and supply for critical materials to ensure on-time availability.
Build phase-based demand plans and SOP-compliant release and qualification of materials.
Coordinate with CDMOs and internal teams to ensure material availability and inventory alignment.
Develop internal systems to manage growing raw-materials portfolio as CMC scales.
