RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior M&P Program Lead to drive materials design, development, and manufacturing of missile hardware. The role requires coordinating M&PE resources to meet milestones, leading design reviews, and delivering data-driven technical solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in materials engineering, experience with failure analysis, and the ability to present technical positions to large audiences. Onsite employment with security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience solving materials problems and selecting protective coatings.
• Experience with mechanical test methods and chemical analysis techniques.

Responsabilités

• Provide M&PE support for Program review board meetings (CCB, MRB, PCB, ERB, PMCB).
• Lead peer reviews and align M&PE positions with program deliverables.
• Manage workload to meet schedules and program commitments.
• Mentor and train early career engineers.
• Present technical data and positions to large audiences.
