RTX is seeking a Senior Material Program Lead in Tucson, AZ, onsite, to drive M&PE engineering support across program milestones and coordinate resources to meet schedule and cost commitments. The role requires a university degree (or equivalent) with 3–7 years of materials experience, strong problem solving, and the ability to present data to large audiences.

U.S. citizenship and Top Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in materials problem solving and recommending material/process improvements.
• Experience with mechanical/chemical analysis methods.

Responsabilités

• Provide M&PE support for program review meetings and ensure alignment
• Lead the program team in material choice trade studies and benchmarking
• Coordinate M&PE resources to meet schedule and cost commitments
• Mentor early career engineers and participate in Failure Investigation Teams
