Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain pricing and quote information within the BPCS system.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and exceptions.
• Plan production for assigned manufacturing lines.
• Purchase raw materials to support production schedules.
• Create and maintain shop orders and production schedules.
• Monitor material availability and address supplier delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and planning data in BPCS.
• Generate and distribute production, inventory, and planning reports.
• Analyze forecast demand and monitor planning performance metrics.
• Communicate production schedules and material status to cross-functional teams.
• Manage developmental materials throughout their lifecycle.
• Track and document international shipments.
• Partner with manufacturing leadership to support planning and continuous improvement initiatives
