Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Billerica/Bedford, MA seeks a Senior Materials Manager to lead site-wide production planning and material control, ensuring efficient schedules and responsive support for customers.

You will partner across Operations, Planning, IT, and procurement to optimize material flow and lead-time strategies. You will manage Industrial Engineers, Production Schedulers, and Inventory Analysts, driving continuous improvement and strategic capacity planning for two sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of materials management experience, including manufacturing work experience in materials/production planning or supply chain management.
• APICS certification is desired; Lean and Six Sigma training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of site-wide production planning policies and material control systems.
• Manage direct reports including coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Ensure materials are planned to meet company and customer requirements with proper inventory levels.
• Oversee development of production schedules and coordinate material flow for manufacturing and engineering.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, and Commodity Management to ensure robust strategies.
