Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Senior Materials Manager to lead Materials Management across the Pelzer Integrated Solutions Campus, overseeing Manufacturing Planning, Material Control, Purchasing, and Inventory Management to ensure safe, on-time delivery in a multi-plant environment.

You will build and mentor high-performing teams, drive ERP governance in Oracle ERP, optimize inventory, lead supplier performance, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Finance to deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• APICS/ASCM or Lean certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in materials management with leadership experience.
• Experience with multi-site manufacturing and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead materials planning, control, procurement, and inventory across Pelzer plants.
• Drive ERP governance and data integrity for BOMs, routings and lead times.
• Develop and mentor planning, purchasing and materials teams.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering and Finance to meet customer demand.
