You will review MRP signals, adjust work orders, and resolve constraints while coordinating with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams. The role requires 5+ years in production planning, strong SAP expertise, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Advanced SAP experience with materials management or production planning modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling in manufacturing.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong data analysis and ERP planning proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and adjust production schedules to meet demand and on-time delivery.
• Review MRP signals daily and update work orders, communicating changes to manufacturing and procurement.
• Identify and resolve material, labor, tool, and capacity constraints.
• Lead weekly capacity and production meetings.
• Maintain data integrity and master data for planning (safety stock, order quantities, scheduling).
• Review ECR/ECO and Quality Notifications to ensure correct planning records.
• Release work-order packets for production readiness.
• Analyze workorder variances and support root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, and engineering to improve planning accuracy.
• Support introduction of new tooling or process updates with tool room and operations.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace per site safety protocols.
